If you really want to delve deep into Meditation then being AWARE whole day is the best kind of meditation you can do. YES it is NORMAL if you are really meditating . NO it is NOT NORMAL rather foolish if you’re not really meditating . BTW, here are some of the experiences of mine after the Long 2 months meditation .
