Is it bad to meditate all day?
If you really want to delve deep into Meditation then being AWARE whole day is the best kind of meditation you can do. YES it is NORMAL if you are really meditating . NO it is NOT NORMAL rather foolish if you’re not really meditating . BTW, here are some of the experiences of mine after the Long 2 months meditation .
How many times meditate a day?
Depends from person to person ( interest and dedication) but mostly recommended is two times for duration like 20-30 mins each. > and 15-30 mins in evening. Another suitable time for meditation is when we just wake up from sleep and before going to sleep.
